About	He passed away at the Salem Lutheran Home in Elk Horn, Iowa after being in there about a month. He had pneumonia and terrible weakness of legs while in the hospital. After moving to the home, he finally passed away. Services were held at the Elk Horn Lutheran Church onJanuary 14, 2026 following by burial in the Elk Horn Cemetery .
Events	He spent four years in the U S Navy, One year at the university of Nebraska and thirty five years working for AT&T. After retirement we spent 19 winters in Southern Texas. Elk Horn has been our home for the last 65 yrears.
