About Me	I attended college at Hastings College and graduated in 1994. I married my husband, Steve, in 1995. After working for 5 months as a special education para at Morton Elementary in Hastings, my husband and I moved twenty miles north of Burwell, NE, where I taught at a K-8 country school for 2 years. We then moved into Burwell and I taught for one year at another country school closer to town. Our daughter, Madison, was born in 1998. In July of 1998, I accepted the 2nd/3rd grade position at Arcadia Public Schools and we moved "back home", where I continue to teach today.
