Rich passed away peacefully in the company of his family and friends. Rich was my friend since high school to the date of his passing. He was a Commercial and Industrial Building Inspector for the City of Irvine, CA.

A Celebration of his Life was held in Yorba Linda, CA. on October 28, 2023.
