Timothy J. Portlock was born on December 2, 1949, in San Francisco, CA. He graduated from Aragon High School in 1967 and Menlo College in 1972. On July 11, 1971, he married Mia Portlock. Tim worked in materials management for Bechtel Group for 38 years. He died of cancer on September 3, 2024, in Lynnwood, WA, at age 74. He is survived by his wife, Mia, and daughter, Jessie.
