About Here is Cynthia's (edited) Legacy obituary:

"Cynthia Moore was born on February 9, 1964 in Chicago, Illinois to Elmer and Annie Moore. She attended Borel Middle School, Aragon High School, College of San Mateo, and the College of Notre Dame on a basketball scholarship. Cynthia's passion for basketball led her to be named to Aragon's Athletics Hall of Fame. She and D. Manu were credited with introducing Aragon's fast-paced baseline-to-baseline play that is still in use to this day. Cynthia was named Aragon's Athlete of the year in 1982, 3-time All League, and 2-time All County. Cynthia led her team to championships in her junior and senior years averaging 20 points a game. At CSM, she was voted Most Valuable player in 1984. She was also a three-year softball varsity player."

"Cynthia was baptized into Christ at the Westside Church of Christ in San Mateo. She recognized the Lord was always with her. Cynthia was preceded in death by parents, sisters Deniece Moore and Alice Coleman, and her brothers John Seales and Earl Moore."

"Surviving Cynthia to cherish her memory are her siblings Patricia, Jacqueline, and Anthony Moore, along with her aunts, cousins, and a host of beloved nephews, nieces, and friends. The family wishes to thank everyone for their cards, support, and prayers."

Here is another obituary that is beautifully written was posted on the site Echovita, but it does not mention Cynthia's achievements in basketball or what schools she attended. There is a section, however, where friends and family members can leave a remembrance or a tribute.

Note: There wasn't a school photo from Cynthia's senior year as it isn't available online at this time. Her 1983 junior photo is too small, and the basketball photos in that yearbook were insufficient to post here. What's posted here is from Cynthia's Facebook page.
