From the link that's posted below: "Tom was born February 11, 1945 in San Francisco. He spent his early years in San Francisco, attending Ulloa Elementary School and A. P. Gianini Junior High School. When he was a teenager, his family moved to San Mateo, where he attended San Mateo High School before transferring to Aragon High School, where he met his future wife, Dee."
"Following high school, Tom and Dee attended San Mateo Junior College, after which they married on June 28, 1965. The couple lived in San Carlos and then Redwood City where Tom worked as a draftsman. In 1971, the family moved to Red Bluff."
