About	From Jack's Legacy obituary: "Jack Beebe passed away on March 16, 2017 after a short illness, complicated by the effects of a stroke he suffered in November 2008. Jack was the eldest son born to John N. Beebe Sr. and Anastasia (Curran) Beebe on December 23, 1947 in Boston, Mass. The family moved to San Mateo, CA in 1961 and Jack graduated from Aragon High School in 1966. Jack enlisted in the US Army after high school graduation and served in Germany, Viet Nam, and Washington DC. After an honorable discharge, Jack attended the College of San Mateo and San Francisco State University; he graduated from SFSU with a degree in English."
