"Judy Rossi Arnott passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, June 23, 2004....She was born on September 23, 1947 in San Mateo, CA. After graduating from Aragon High School in San Mateo and from a local college, she moved to Vacaville in 1978, where she has resided since. Judy enjoyed gardening, shopping, antiquing, cooking and using her skills as an artist to make an enviable home. Her infectious laugh and sharp humor made people instantly gravitate to her."
