About	"Vic passed away from a long illness while traveling with his wife Linda in Memphis, TN, on Nov. 12, 2008. In addition to his ever loving wife, Linda, he is also survived by both his parents, a sister, five children, one daughter-in law, three grandsons and numerous nieces and nephews. Vic will always be remembered in our hearts as a loving family man. He was a great leader and an outstanding entrepreneur."
