About	A memory from Roger Jones from the '67 class that was posted on a 1966 reunion site is shared here. "My brother, David, passed away at age 44 from cancer. He had a penchant for keeping in touch with family and friends far and wide. I heard from cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends, that he would call or write regularly every week or every few weeks. I found out what was new in our extended family from David. He also loved to go to work. While everyone else was bemoaning their job, David would be looking forward to going to work each day at the Post Office. David also had a great sense of humor. He was a frequent contributor to Herb Caen's column in the Chronicle and he acknowledged David's passing in one of his columns. David would like to say, "To be is to do. To do is to be.
