Charles Bem passed away at the age of 67 in Grass Valley. He previously had worked as a President at Cls Construction. The cause of death is unknown at this time. Charles' death was confirmed on three separate internet sites, one of which was a class reunion list.

Ancestry.com reports that Charles was married to and divorced a few times, but the exact locations and dates are unknown.
