Timothy Carr Cullen was born on November 23, 1948, in San Mateo, CA, to Daniel Joseph Cullen and Elvira Bernice (Owens) Cullen, and passed away in Butte County, CA, at the age of 41 on Friday, July 13, 1990. He married Robin Marie Sluchak on June 7, 1980. (Confirmed by San Mateo Co Birth Records Earliest through 1964, and CA death records, 1940 through 1997.)
