Douglas Gordon Grant was born in San Francisco, CA, June 5, 1949, to his parents David Roy Grant and Anita Louise (Tiemroth) Grant, whom both predeceased him, and he passed away in Griffith, New South Wales, Australia, at the age of 69 on May 30, 2019. Doug moved to Australia prior to 1973 and enjoyed his life with his loving wife, Liz Grant. They were married on April 23, 1973, at John Paton Memorial Church, Port Vila.
