Text from the below link: "Frank A. Marchi has passed and is survived by his four children Frank, Stephen, Matthew and Melissa Marchi. Frank was an Eagle Scout and served in Vietnam as a Seebee in the U.S. Navy. He was an accomplished artist specializing in Decoy carving and loved to Fly Fish. Up to the time of his passing he was carving birds for his grandchildren Tyler, Paola, Lily and Elise. Frank is also survived by his sister Roseann Hammer."
