Here is part of his remarkable story: "Peter James Hennessey, born in Stevens Point, Wisconsin passed away peacefully in his sleep at his Redwood City home, surrounded by his beloved wife, son, daughter and son-in-law. He was self-employed as a general engineering contractor for over 40 years and loved what he did for a living - he was often referred to as "Doctor Dirt." Peter was honest, had integrity, was a man of his word, and always said he would work until the day he died, which he did."
