From Jeff's Legacy obituary: "Robert Jeffrey (Jeff) Sweatt Resident of San Mateo On July 23rd we lost a kind and loving man after a courageous battle with cancer. A native of San Mateo, is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Wanda, and cherished daughter, Jensi. He is the son of Gloria Sweatt and the late Captain Robert Sweatt; brother of Virginia Franzi and Gregory Sweatt; uncle to 10 much loved nieces and nephews and their children. Jeff was 60 years old."
