Francis, aka Frank, was born on Jan 1, 1953 in San Francisco and died in San Mateo after a short illness. He was married with children and grandchildren. Donations in Frank's name are preferred to the American Diabetes Association. The picture shown here is from his graduation class at San Mateo High School. Frank attended Aragon as his photo appears in 1969 year book.
