Allan died at home in San Mateo. He was attending US Davis at the time of his death. Allan was born in Seattle, Washington. He left behind grieving parents, two sisters, one brother, and school friends.

Allan was a fun guy who was always ready for a big hug. He was missed at reunions and other milestone events.
Allan is buried at Skylawn in the Elk's Justice, Lot 40, Sect C, Space #2 area.
