About	Phyllis L. (Jacobsen) Davis, 52, of East Freetown, died Tuesday, March 26, 2002, at home after a long illness. She was the wife of George A. Davis Jr. A graduate of Framingham State College, Mrs. Davis was a teacher at Apponequet High School for 16 years. She was a member of the Massachusetts Teachers Association and the National Teachers Association. Mrs. Davis enjoyed gardening and arts and crafts, and was an avid reader.
