About	Mr. Peotter was a founding member of the East Staff as a P.E. teacher and Gymnastic coach in 1967. He passed on March 27, 2020. He left East in 1970 to further his career and live an adventurous lifestyle in Kodiak, Alaska. He was one of our public elementary P.E. teachers (my 4th grade) and taught with my step-father Jack Hidde. Having Graduated from the same college (La Crosse) 20 years apart, he hired me and I followed him to Kodiak for a 20 year Alaska teaching career. He was great mentor for this young teacher and, more importantly, a lifelong friend. His obituary was posted in the Kodiak Daily Mirror. He will be remembered fondly and missed. Dutch Lawson
