We had such an awesome experience growing-up in a coal mining area. It was "The Best of Times"! We had wonderful, loving parents and childhood friends, neighbors and teachers who cared and made a difference. Classroom size was small, in comparison, to today's size. My education, at Appalachia Va., prepared me for my education at UTK. Looking back, wish I had rec'd more education. I was anxious to graduate and start making money. I was hired, by the state of Tn. and worked for 27 years. Had planned to work, more, but wanted to spend time with my our daughters!
