About	William R. Schall, 67, of Ford City, formerly of Kiski Township, passed away Saturday, March 6, 2010, at the Good Samaritan Hospice, Concordia. William was born April 6, 1942, in Kittanning. Mr. Schall was a teacher for 32 years at the Apollo Ridge School District. He was on the Armstrong County Conservation District board of directors, he attended Clarion University and enjoyed gardening, farming, hunting and restoration of antique buggies and patented sleigh bells. He was a past member of the Armstrong County Farm Bureau and a member of St. Michaels Lutheran Church. William is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Susan (Gilchrest) Schall; three sons, Andrew J. (Christina) Schall, of Gahanna, Ohio, John J. (Melissa) Schall, of Ford City, and Mark J. (Lindsay) Schall, of Portersville, Pa.; one daughter, Beth (Paul) Longwell, of Martinsburg, Pa.; and four grandchildren, Addison, Ethan, Daniel and Cooper. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Frances (Fleming) Schall. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the JANETTE L. GAMBLE FUNERAL HOME INC., 2842 River Road, Vandergrift, PA 15690, 724-567-7006, where funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday with Pastor April Dailey officiating. Burial will be at St. Michaels Cemetery in brick church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the William R.
