About Me	I went to Peace College and majored in Psychology and minored in Child Development. There I was Student Body President and graduated with honors. I was published in an undergraduate research journal highlighting my work with homeless women and examining the relationship between self-esteem, coping strategies, and life stressors on the prevalence of depressive symptomology. I graduated in 2008 and took two years off to work as a Corporate Catering Sales Manager at The Umstead Hotel and Spa in Cary, North Carolina. I recently was admitted to the Masters of Art in Teaching program at Meredith College to obtain a K-6 teaching licensure. I will graduate in December 2011.
