Monica Grilliot (Forshey)

Monica Grilliot (Forshey)

Class of 1994

Monica was my sister, teammate and best friend. She not only was a great leader but an inspiration. During her high school years, she was very active along with maintaining great grades. She was friends with everyone and would do anything for anyone. After high school, Monica went on to Capital University and excelled in volleyball and academically. Eventually she had to choose between volleyball or academics, due to her major in Sports Medicine. Obviously she chose her career and future. She is now living in Columbus, Ohio where she still plays volleyball and softball. She is a mother, wife and successful business woman. Monica hasn't changed when it comes to helping others and she is still my best friend (even though we are so far appart). I would love to see her inducted to the "wall of fame" for everything she did for the school as well as for the person she is today.
