A woman's Class of '63 ring with a sapphire stone. I don't think my name was inscribed in the band. My boyfriend lost it--I had entrusted it to him in 1963. He lost it in the same year. We broke up in the summer of 63--a good decision for both of us. Maybe he didn't lose it at all--maybe he gave it to his new girlfriend--inscribed her initials in it--a kind of two for the price of one deal--at my expense, as usual. If found, I'd have to have it resized, my hands and fingers are much bigger now--almost as big as a man's hand--well a medium-sized man's hand. So it would actually be hard to prove it was--is mine. I think my ring size at the time was 5-1/2. As I write this I realize how sad I was and angry that he cared so little about me that he would lose it and not replace it--not even offer to. Anyway, I really would like to have it back.

I have recovered a Class of 1981 ring bearing the name Tracy A. Tarlton. It was recovered in Moore County Tennessee along with jewelry from known burglaries, and known suspect. I have tried to search for the name with no luck. If anyone from the Class of 1981 knows this lady, and/or a possible married name for her, Please contact Investigator Shane Taylor or Investigator Mike Rainey with the Moore County Sheriff's Department, Lynchburg TN. 931-759-7323 Thanks

Stolen rings were from class of 67. They were a men's and women's ring and had red stones. They were stolen in the early 80's from our home in Norfolk.
Ring is from 1969, had white stone in it and was the traditional "heavy ring" style (I think that's all that was available back then). I think my initials were engraved on the inside "JL", but not sure (it was so long ago!) I do know that it was stolen on Dec. 26, 1978 in Fairfax City. I have been just sick about it because I word it all the time! Thanks for this "lost and found" place... what a good idea!
