Events	Charlotte Diane Moore, 75, passed away on Monday, January 6, 2025 in a local hospital. Mrs. Moore was a native of Jacksonville and currently resided in Callahan. She was daughter to the late Walter Martin Strickland and Mildred Irene Crosby Strickland. She was a member of the Red Hat Society, Rainbow Girls and the J’Ville Cloggers and enjoyed Golf and traveling. Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Wayne John Moore in 2010 and is survived by her 3 children: Chip Moore (Suzanne), Kellie Jones (Jason) and John Moore; sister: Kathy Tarkington (Billy); companion: Robert Mixson; 8 grandchildren: Mason Moore, Bailey Moore (Emily), Jessica Piljay (Sebastian), Jon Jon Moore, Dakota McDonald (Rhiannon), Jason Rewis, Savannah Ponsell (Zeb), Makenna Moore and J.R. Jones; and 6 great grandchildren: Asher, Kane, Hayes, Maebry and Luna Moore and Callen Ponsell. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 10, 2025 at the Event Center at Peeples, 14165 N. Main Street (Building C). Burial will follow at Riverside Memorial Park.
