About	Cremated Joanne Elizabeth Hicks, age 59, of Stone Mountain, Georgia passed away on November 28, 2008 after a long battle with ovarian cancer. She was the beloved wife to her husband of 37 years, John, and dearly loved mother of her two children, Melanie and Matthew. She is also survived by her parents Roger and Wahneta Koons and her sister Wahneta who resides in Jacksonville, Florida. Joanne was the loving grandmother to Michael, Dylan and Makenna. A memorial service will be held in her honor at Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church in Lilburn on Saturday, December 6, 2008 at 11am. For information, call the church office at (770) 921-7434.
