About	Buried in the Evergreen Cemetery Jacksonville, Florida James David King Jr., age 59 passed away suddenly due to heart failure at Shand's Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida on February 16, 2009. David was born in Jacksonville, FL to the late James David King and Myrtice Raulerson King on March 8, 1949. He was a lifelong resident of Jacksonville, a graduate of Andrew Jackson High School, attended Friendship Advent Christian Church and was employed as a Freight Conductor for CSX Railroad. David "nicknamed "Cherry Top" loved spending time with his family and friends. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Family members include his daughter Rachel; his brother: George Rhett (Jackie) King of Jacksonville, FL; his sister: Paulette (Edward) Reynolds of Jacksonville, FL; his nephew: Jim (Kim) Reynolds of Callahan, FL; his great niece and nephew: Hunter and Macy Reynolds of Callahan, FL and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends and family on Friday, February 20, 2009 from 10:00 -11:00 am at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 20, 2009 at 11:00 am in the Ferreira Chapel with Pastor John A. Raulerson officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Jacksonville, FL. The arrangements are under the care and direction of V.
