About	Buried in the Evergreen Cemetery, Jacksonville, Florida Devoted & Loving Mother of Kim, Karen & William. Beloved Wife of Ross. Daughter of Odis F. and W. Ruth Horton. Diagnosed with Cancer in August 1999 she fought a brave battle, but God had other plans. Carolyn was a native of Fort Sill, Oklahoma and a resident of Jacksonville, Florida since 1956. Carolyn was devoted to her family and friends, and a loving Granny of Kari, Mackie, Alex & Madison. Great- Grandmother of Brycen & Kensley. Carolyn was devastated after the tragic death of her husband Ross in a car accident, June 26th 1996. She had the most brilliant smile, infectious laugh and vibrant red hair. Pops, Lucy's home! An angel on earth, she is now one in heaven! We love you mama..
