About	Buried in the Ferreira Cemetery Jacksonville, Florida Jeannie Harris Creech, 66, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 13, 2016, following a 20 year battle with cancer. She was a native of Jacksonville and a 1967 graduate of Andrew Jackson High School. Jeannie served as a real estate agent/broker for almost 40 years and was a member of the NEFAR. She served 5 years on the City's Planning Commission and Code Enforcement Board. Jeannie was a member of North Jacksonville Baptist Church and former member of Eastport Baptist and First Baptist of Oceanway. She was preceded in death by her infant son, Bobby Harris Creech and her parents, Kahler Harris, Sr. and Ila Wright Harris. Surviving family include her husband of 45 years, Bobby Creech; son, Randell Moody; 3 grandchildren: Andrew, Austin & Claire; 1 brother: Kahler Buddy Harris, Jr. (Sandi Cariveaux); 1 niece: Kahlene (Ben) Owens ; several cousins, church & real estate family and a host of friends. A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 19, 2016 at North Jacksonville Baptist Church, 8531 N. Main Street, with Dr. Herb Reavis, Jr., officiating. Burial will follow at Ferreira Cemetery.
