About Me	I changed directions after marrying my college sweetheart, David Schroeder. I became a substitute teacher for 3years. after that, I worked full time as a Title 1 instructor at Nicholasville, Elementary . After doing that for many years, I switched to working with the severely handicapped children. It was very rewarding. I retired from that. Now, my husband and I buy distressed properties, that we renovate to flip, or to rent. We manage our our rental property ourselves.
