Carol was an awesome person, fun loving & happy go lucky. She loved life & lived it to the fullest. She was a hard worker & managed the Family Dollar store in the Northern Lights Shopping Center for years. She was married to Mike Ruskin & together they had a Son & a Daughter. All of those who new & loved Carol will miss her dearly.
