About Me	After high school I moved to Portland for awhile and worked. I then moved to San Francisco and went to school to be a Veterinary Technician. Upon graduation I returned to Portland and worked for a Veterinary Hospital there for awhile. Eventually I returned to San Francisco and went to Junior College for 2-years and transferred to San Francisco State College for 1-year. I ran out of the financial ability to pay for my schooling, so returned to work in the financial district of the city. I held this job for about 4-years and then travelled around the mountain states for approximately one year. I then went to Humboldt State University in Northern California and completed my Bachelors Degree in Social Work. I returned to San Francisco and worked in the Tenderloin section of the city, with homeless women and drug addicts, at St. Anthonys Foundation for about 4-years. I moved to New Mexico to do my graduate studies as I wanted to attend a multi-cultural school and to learn about rural social work. Upon graduation, I just ended up staying in New Mexico for about 15-years working as a clinical therapist. I ended up living in Taos, New Mexico. I moved to Reno, Nevada a little over a year ago, when the agency I was working for in Taos lost its funding. I chose to move to Reno, as I have a brother who lives and works near here.
