About Me	I should have graduated with my class in 1976, but do to personal issues, got my GED in 1979 aboard the USS Nimitz. I have been an Aircraft Sheetmetal Mechanic on all active US Navy/Marine Corps aircraft since joining the Navy in 1976 (VA-86). I then went to work for Bell Helicopter (Amarillo, TX) after marrying my wife in Winchester, VA. Layed off in October, went to work for Lear Seigler Inc, repairing helicopters at Ft. Bragg in NC. Laid off from there in early 1981, went to work at Laurernce Aircraft Electronics (Akron Municipal and Akron/Canton Airports). 3 1/2 years later, was hired by the Naval Aviation Depot, NAS Jacksonville, FL. Travelling for 13 1/2 years as a Aircraft Battle Damage Repair Team member, I had been a part of Operation Desert Shield/Storm, and Operation Southern Watch.
