About	RONALD ALLEN SWARTS Ronald Allen Swarts, 56, formerly of Alliance, was killed in a traffic accident in Virginia on Thursday, Feb. 6, 2014. Born Aug. 5, 1957, in Alliance, Ohio, to Fren (Joe) and Wanda Swarts, he was a graduate of Alliance High School Class of 1976. He entered the Navy that same year. After the Navy, the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area became his home. Ron was employed by T.A. Sheets Construction Co. as its lead driver. Ron was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Bill, in 2001. Ron is survived by his longtime companion, Patricia Fraembs; his three siblings, Jeff and Alice Swarts and Wanda (Tim) Cameron, all of Alliance; two nieces, Dana Cameron of North Canton and Stephanie (Chris) McNelis of Austin, Texas; and two nephews, Ian (Holly) Cameron of Twinsburg and Dylan P'simer of Alliance. Ron's hobbies were photography and musical instruments. Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home in Virginia Beach will have a visitation for Ron at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014, with the funeral service at 2 p.m. Cremation will follow. None of Ron's Ohio relatives will be present for the service. They have chosen to remember their brother as they last saw him. Friends may offer condolences at www.kellumfuneralhome.com.
