Nancy Opoku Mensah

Class of 2002

Nancy graduated in 2002, received a Hotel and Restaurant Management degree from UH and after 2 years in the hotel industry working as a manager at the Omni Hotel, she met a wonderful, handsome young entrepreneur with a tax business. They got married, and Nancy joined her husband in the business world. Together, by the grace of God, they took a business of 50 clients to over 1000 clients in less than 2 years, and currently just opened their 3rd office location. Nancy and her husband started a nonprofit organization giving scholarships to under-priviledged kids in Kenya.
