5-6pm Meet and Greet Registration, Happy Hour with Cash Bar
6pm Welcome followed by Dinner, Program, DJ, Dancing, and yes quiet music for visiting! Cash bar will remain open until 9pm.
10pm Time to say Goodbye - cherish new memories. Please leave with all your belongings, including your partner. Safe travels home if you are driving.
Payment for Event: Due August 1, 2022. Dan and Beth Hatch have agreed to accept your check, MO, or cashier's check made out to Dan Hatch. Mail to: Dan Hatch, 6035 W. Pershing Ave, Glendale, AZ 85304. Trying to avoid payment methods with fees. If this does not work for you, please email Dan at dhhatch46@aol.com, we will find a solution. August 1st allows us to make our final payment and guest count.
AHS group room rates for DoubleTree are about $150/night, this includes taxes/fees. Use the link below to reserve rooms within the AHS room block for Sept 23/24. Reservation due date for rooms is August 25, 2022. After this date, the room rate will increase. Be sure to mention the AHS Reunion. The Hotel will also provide guest rooms 3 days before and 3 days after Sept 24th at the same discounted rate if you wish to stay longer.

Roni Gray Barton is working with her committee on decorations. Colors are black and gold, still discussing a theme. Any help you are able to provide to set up from 2-4:30pm Sept 24 would be much appreciated. Please email Roni- redcard0@aol.com.
Bob Read has checked into some nearby activities: Bolero with bowling, arcades, food and drink. Top Golf- clubs provided or use your own, sports bar, pool tables, golf games scored/tech, 6-player bays with sitting areas, shaded/cooled, can be pricey, +$5 for lifetime membership to golf. Estimated cost= $12/hr. for both venues. If you are interested, email Bob to set up reservations for some times late morning/early afternoon- bread5046@gmail.com
