Julie recently married Gary Bell in December 2008. She leaves behind her son Matthew Marshall and a sister Jana Duff and a brother Jon Duff.

Julie was my high school sweetheart and first love. I visited with her over the years and I sure do miss that beautiful smile she had. Her sister Jana Duff Hughes, passed away a few years later. Jon Duff is alive and well and living in Phoenix area.
