Vietnam Veteran. Served from June 1960 until November 1978. I was stationed overseas in Spain, Thailand, Turkey, Greece and Germany. In the States I was stationed in Mississippi, Michigan, New York, North Carolina and California. I now live ion Lincoln Park, Michigan.

i became an FMF medic for the marine corp. i was stationed at camp lejuene NC . I made a Med cruise and a veagus Cruise. i was discharged in 1966. i meet my wife of 44 years during my last view months of service and i have settled in Beaufort SC.

Drafted into the Army , sent to Vietnam, stayed in served in sixteen countries around the world, rose through the ranks to SFC (P) if I had stayed in I would have been promoted to MSG (E-8) in March of 1984. Spent career in one form or another as a Quartermaster, and Worked General Staff for three different Generals in USA and Europe from 1971-1975; turned down opportunity to work White House communication staff in DC

Our Algonac High School military alumni are some of the most outstanding people we know and this page recognizes them and everything they have done!
