Lake of the Ozarks, Mo. — Gerald H. Fitzhugh, 61, of Camdenton, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2011, at Landmark Hospital in Columbia, Mo. He was born Dec. 28, 1949, in Richmond, Va., the son of the late James Stuart and Phoebe McDonald Lee Fitzhugh.
He was retired United States Navy having served in Vietnam and Desert Storm.
Gerald was a member of the Kent Memorial Lutheran Church in Sunrise Beach.
He is survived by his sons, Joshua Fitzhugh and wife Tammy of Lee’s Summit, Mo., and Jacob Fitzhugh of Sunrise Beach, Mo.; his daughters, Hannah Fitzhugh of Lumberton, N.C., and Michelle Dombroski of Houma, La.; three grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
