Reminder - Paid RSVPs are due to Reiko by July 30, 2013 (yes, extended a very few days). AND A BIG THANK YOU to those who have already paid and are on our list below! To all:
Please forgive the redundancy of this message if you have received a similar but personalized message recently, as this message is automatically sent out to all AHS Alumni High School Class Reunion Site members of our Class of '63.
July is almost over now, thus I'm sending this IMPORTANT reminder for those from whom RSVPs have not yet been received. We need a head count in the next few days. Even if we have not yet received your paid RSVP yet, the hope is that you are planning to come. If so, please send in your paid RSVP and guest information to Reiko as soon as possible and call her at 510/232-3886 with your questions, payment in-the-mail commitment, and to let her know who and how many are coming with you. By doing this you will help us confirm the count needed to ensure we have a large enough room reserved. In addition to the approx. 68 classmates having submitted paid RSVPs, two teachers will be coming, and we have 17 additional classmates who have indicated they plan to come but have not yet sent in their money. If all who have indicated they are coming do so, we should have an amazing group and a wonderful time together!
