About Me	Retired from Nevada County as the Revenue and Collections Officer (9 years) and 15 years as an Unsecured Tax Supervisor in the Tax Collectors Officer. Have lived in Nevada City for 36 years. Len build and designed our house, which is on 4 1/2 acres with BLM above and below us, no close neighbors. Lots of Ponderosa Pines, Cedar, some Oak, Madrone and Sugar Pines. We are only 15 minutes from town. Love it. Do get snow when they say snow at 4,000' level. Like to snowshoe, if snow is good, 20 minutes up Hi 20 or go into Truckee. Leonard and I were high school sweethearts and have currently been married almost 52 (in Feb 2018) years. Two children, Arin 51 and Sherrean 45. One grandson, Adam (31 Arin's son), who goes off-roading and camping with us. Sherrean has one child, Gianna (14), they live in Carson City.
