About Me	Married my high school sweetheart Joel our sophomore year at USC He became a Mechanical Engineer. We had our first baby the day before he walked the stage! I became a stay at home mom that day. We have had lots of fun and lots of struggles but have made it work. Our oldest son is a Sr at Liberty University, and our youngest is a sophomore at The University of North Carolina School of the Arts in the film program. Our youngest daughter is a hairdresser in Asheville about to marry in September, while our oldest daughter is a graduate of Flagler College with a BFA in Art and a minor in art management. Our gulf front home was wrecked by the 2 hurricanes and is down to the studs still as we try to rebuild. I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer with mets in my bones during all of this and I am at the end of chemotherapy right now. I’m not sure what my next move is but I am being treated aggressively and I see many more years ahead ...(read more)
