| About Me | The lesson isn't in the pain; it's in the victory gained by overcoming the pain. I love Jesus...in the deepest parts. Sometimes He feels far away but then I turn ever so slightly and He's closer-than-my skin. I am a very passionate and compassionate person. The pain I have experienced in my life should have made me hard but because I chose not to hide away, these heart-rendering experiences have only torn through and created deep wells in their wake. Now, I find myself crying uncontrollably and then next minute I can't stop laughing. It's a strange season but a deeply defining one. I also love people. I love just being with people and not even talking. I love going on adventures with people and seeing the world. I love the truth and knowing what's real-even beyond the illusions of my own faith. I believe He is the truth and I want to know that nothing I believe about Him is a lie. But more than anything I enjoy doing, I love to sing. I can't survive without singing. It makes me alive and transports me to another place. I feel God's pleasure when I sing and His anointing courses through me when I open my mouth. I'm discovering who I really am.
