About	Donnetta Ruth Yates, 29, Archie, died Sunday, March 25, 2001 at St. Luke's Hospital in Kansas City. She was born May 20, 1971, in Kansas City, the daughter of Roy Dale and Barbara Reed Yates. Ms. Yates grew up in Adrian where she graduated from high school in 1990. She was active in 4-H, attended church camps and held offices in FFA. Her freshman year of college was spent in Sweden, chosen as one of three nationwide by the National FFA. She graduated from Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg with a degree in photography and anthropology. The further pursue her anthropology career, she traveled to China. Ms. Yates had worked as a studio assistant for Bartz Photography in Butler, as an assistant photographer for both Paul McMillan at VanDeusen Photography and Kelly Daniel in Prairie Village, Kan. For the past four years, she had been a photographer for Skinner-Vaughn in Harrisonville. She was a member of the Missouri Professional Photographers, Professional Photographers Association of Greater Kansas City and Professional Photographers of America. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Adrian. Surviving are her parents, Roy and Barbara Yates, Archie. Cremation.
