About	In the fall of 2019, Joelle passed on. After graduating from UCLA with a PhD in political science, she stayed in LA, married Dr. Guy Juillard and raised two daughters. They spent many happy summers in France and traveled around the world. Joelle continued to sing, plant butterfly gardens, swim in the ocean, master French cuisine, favor liberal politics, and bring joy to her family and friends. We miss her greatly.
