What is Jacob Cutrera (Class of 2006) known for?

Jacob Arnie Cutrera, born in 1988, is a former professional American football player. He was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana and studied at Acadiana High School. He then went on to play college football at Louisiana State University.

In his professional career, he played as a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL), and he stands tall at 6 ft 3 in (1.91 m) and weighs 242 lb (110 kg). Despite being undrafted in the 2010 NFL Draft, he began his career with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2010. During his time with the Jaguars, Cutrera was one of three undrafted free agents who made the opening day roster.

In 2011, he moved on to join the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, having been signed off the Jaguars' practice squad on October 11, 2011. However, his tenure with the Buccaneers ended when he was released by the team on August 27, 2013.
