I have a PhD. in Psychology and have been a Professor for more than 35 years at the College of Staten Island, City University of New York. I've also done stints as Dean of Humanities and Social Science and Dean of Institutional Advancement. My field is Cultural Psychology and I have had Fulbright grants and lived in Japan (1985) and Hong Kong (2004).
