About Me	I have been a professional sign language interpreter since 1983 and still love it. For years I worked in college classrooms and performing arts, translating lectures, poetry readings, plays, etc. I am now working parttime as a free lance interpreter in Vermont, both remotely and in person. I have two grandchildren nearby, the reason I moved to Vermont. I volunteer for several community entities, including hospital work ,food scarcity, restorative justice, and a local arts board. We lost our older son to drug addiction and suicide on January 6, 2021, and beg all who know someone suffering from these scourges to please stay connected to them no matter what.
