Susie was 30 yrs old. in Abilene she was murdered in her home along with her 8 yr old daughter. the case is still cold.She was active in the Chicano Movement at AHS. She was brilliant and beautiful.

Susie was my sister. She was beautiful and smart. She stood up for whatever she believed in; she believed in me. She was a fierce protector of her siblings. I will forever regret not seeing the pain she was in while being with the monster who lived in her home. She is in my thoughts every day.
